Terms and Conditions – CicloBeef Studio

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website https://ciclobeefstudio.com, operated by CicloBeef Studio, a creative studio dedicated to cultural wall art, historical reflection and socially meaningful visual work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site, contacting CicloBeef Studio or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you should not use our services.

2. Artworks and Made-to-Order Studio Editions

CicloBeef Studio offers cultural artworks and printed studio editions prepared under a quote-based, made-to-order model. Studio editions may be produced through external printing and fulfillment providers after the customer confirms the order.

Artwork previews, mockups, colors, scale and presentation may vary reasonably between screens, materials, sizes and printing processes. This does not limit your rights when a studio edition is defective, damaged, incomplete or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections.

3. Quotes, Orders and Payments

Artwork requests are started through Instagram DM or Facebook Page DM. LinkedIn may be used for contracts, professional coordination and related administrative matters. Prices are provided through personalized quotes. A quote may depend on the artwork, studio edition, size, orientation, quantity, destination, shipping conditions, applicable taxes and other order details.

The validity period of each quote will be the period stated in that quote. If no valid quote is accepted, CicloBeef Studio may need to prepare an updated quote before the order can continue.

An order is confirmed when the customer accepts the quote and completes payment through the PayPal payment link sent with the final total for that order. Production begins only after payment confirmation and confirmation of the required order details.

CicloBeef Studio does not provide an automated public checkout. The payment link is sent after the quote is approved and reflects the confirmed total communicated to the customer.

4. Customer Information and Order Review

Before confirming an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing the artwork, studio edition, size, orientation, quantity, name, shipping address, city, postal code, country and any other relevant order details.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, rejects a delivery, fails to provide required information or causes a shipment issue, the order may require additional coordination, costs, replacement production or carrier action. This does not remove any mandatory rights that apply under the law.

5. Production, Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders may be produced and fulfilled by external printing, fulfillment and shipping providers. Production and delivery times are estimates unless CicloBeef Studio expressly commits to a specific deadline in writing.

Tracking information will be shared when it is available from the relevant provider or carrier.

Taxes, customs duties, import charges or other destination-based costs may apply when they are required by the destination country or disclosed as part of the order process.

6. Cancellations, Changes and Returns

Because studio editions are produced according to the customer's selected artwork, studio edition, size, orientation and destination details, cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible.

If production has not started, CicloBeef Studio will review whether the order can be cancelled or changed. If production has started, cancellation or change options may be limited by the made-to-order process and external provider status.

Any right of withdrawal, return right or exception for customized goods applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or rights.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Lost Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or appears to be lost, please contact CicloBeef Studio as soon as reasonably possible at the email below.

We may request photographs of the studio edition, packaging, label and any visible damage when they are necessary to investigate the issue with the print provider, fulfillment provider or carrier.

Depending on the case, available evidence, provider response and applicable law, the solution may include reprint, replacement, refund or another reasonable remedy.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, text, brand materials and cultural visual materials created by CicloBeef Studio or its creators remain the intellectual property of CicloBeef Studio or the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a printed studio edition does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, mint, publish or commercially exploit digital files, artwork previews or visual materials without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

CicloBeef Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays outside its reasonable control or actions of external providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability, warranties, guarantees or consumer protections that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

This website is operated from Santiago, Chile. Chilean law is the general legal framework for CicloBeef Studio, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
